REPLACEMENT POLICY
We must receive your saliva sample prior to the expiration date of your Dam Health -Muhdo Kit which is 12 months from the date of purchase to assure the quality and accuracy of your Genetic Information. Dam Health will not accept or process a Dam Health Muhdo DNA Kit that we receive after the kit’s expiration date. If you have a Dam Health Muhdo DNA Kit that has expired, you may contact us via phone or email to request a replacement kit. If Dam Health receives your Dam Health Muhdo Kit after the kit’s expiration date or your Dam Health Muhdo DNA Kit is lost or damaged, please contact us via DAM Health Customer Care at 0330 1742 200 or contacting us via our website www.dam-health.com. Depending on the circumstances, a fee may apply.

RETURN POLICY
If you decide you no longer want a DNA or epigenetic Product following your purchase, please contact us immediately. If the purchase includes a Dam Health Muhdo Kit, you may request a refund for the Dam Health Muhdo Kit and any bundled DNA or epigenetic Product within 14 days of purchase as long as the Dam Health Muhdo Kit has not been used or registered on the app. This refund will deduct 10% of the returned test purchase price as shipping and handling fees. You can request a refund by calling DAM Health Customer Care at 0330 1742 200 or contacting us via our website www.dam-health.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
